Easypaisa Launches ATM Cards

Easypaisa has officially launched the ATM cards for its mobile account holders, reported The Nation.

Paper said that after the soft launch of Easypaisa ATM cards earlier this year, Easypaisa has now commercially launched the cards for its mobile account holders.

Easypaisa Mobile Account holders can get their ATM cards from Telenor Service Centres or from Tameer Bank branches.

Card Issuance charges are set at Rs. 200 per ATM card, while transaction charges are Rs. 25 per transaction.

PTA has fast tracked its process to curb grey traffic

If you get an international call while you still see a local number on your CLI or mobile phone screen, that means, it is an illegal call or grey traffic. It usually happens when people reach you from abroad after purchasing a low price/ cheap calling card because they do not want to make an expensive call.

Pakistan Telecom Authority (PTA) has fast-tracked its process to curb grey traffic and has asked from public to help them in their crusade for illegal traffic in the country.

Today an ad was published in all major dailies apart from a flashing message on its website asking people to report all those local mobile numbers/landline numbers/WLL numbers from which they receive a foreign call. People can register their complains through Toll free number 0800 55055, phone number 051-9207059, Fax 051-2878127 and email complaint@pta.gov.pk.
